Company Milestones

1992 | Foundation

Huang Wei Techology Enterprise Co., Ltd. was founded by five shareholders, each contributing NT$100,000 in startup capital. The company began operations in a renovated tin-roof structure converted from a former pigsty, specializing in aluminum alloy welding and establishing a strong technical foundation in precision welding.

1994 | Capacity Expansion

In response to rapidly increasing OEM demand, the company leased a larger facility and expanded its workforce to 20 employees. The shareholder structure was adjusted during this period. Huang Wei also began collaborating with bicycle frame manufacturers, providing professional aluminum frame welding services.

2008 | Corporate Transformation

Huang Wei Technology Enterprise Co., Ltd. was officially established, along with the construction of Plant 1. A fully integrated aluminum alloy welding and fabrication production chain was developed. The company partnered with leading domestic brands to manufacture aluminum bicycle frames.

2010 | Industry Diversification

Huang Wei partnered with a leading Canadian wheelchair brand, specializing in the manufacturing of aluminum wheelchair frames. This marked the company’s successful expansion beyond the bicycle industry into the medical mobility sector.

2012 | Quality Certification

The company obtained ISO 9001 international quality management system certification, strengthening its quality control systems and standardized operational management
